These terms cover leftlaneends.com and the apps and products made by Left Lane Ends, a sole proprietorship owned by Kelli in Huntsville, Alabama ("we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
What our apps are for
Our apps and checklists are tools for organizing and practicing. They're for general information only. They are not professional advice of any kind, including college admissions, financial aid, legal, or home-repair advice.
- ACT Coach is practice material. We don't promise any score or result.
- Campus Peak uses public data, including the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard, plus application deadlines we've gathered. Colleges change their dates, rules, and costs, and some deadlines only apply to certain students, such as in-state residents. Some dates in the app are marked unverified. Information may be outdated or wrong. Always confirm deadlines and requirements directly with the school. Do not rely on the app as your only source for any deadline.
- Home Tasks gives general maintenance reminders. Check your manufacturer's instructions and use a qualified professional for repairs, electrical, gas, or anything risky. Realtor-branded versions don't make the realtor or us responsible for your home.

ACT® is a registered trademark of ACT Education Corp., which has not reviewed or endorsed ACT Coach. Campus Peak is not affiliated with or endorsed by any college or university. All other names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Purchases
Travel Checklists are sold through Gumroad, and purchases are also governed by Gumroad's terms. Your purchase gives you a personal license to download and print the checklist for your own use. Please don't resell or redistribute it.
Refunds: because checklists are digital downloads, sales are final. If a file is broken or not what was described, email us and we will make it right.
Provided as is
Our site, apps, and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and that they'll be error-free or always available. You use them at your own risk.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses from missed deadlines, admissions or financial aid decisions, test results, or home damage, arising from your use of our site, apps, or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved in the last 12 months, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Our content
The apps, text, designs, and logos are owned by Left Lane Ends. You may use them as intended but not copy, resell, or repackage them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use our site or apps after that means you accept the updated terms.
